Boiler descale and level probe. Hard water scales the boiler and the level probe, so fills go erratic after the morning load. We descale and clean or replace the probe.
Brew and steam solenoids. Scale clogs the solenoids and weakens steam for the milk drinks these shops sell. We rebuild or swap the valve and flush the feed line.
Control boards. Dead buttons or no startup on a Hybrid or Tanya often trace to the control board. We test the board and wiring before quoting a replacement.
