Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew and steam solenoid valves. Weak shots or a steam wand that keeps dribbling usually trace to a stuck or scaled solenoid. We test the coil, clean or replace the valve, and check the line pressure feeding it.
Group gaskets and shower screens. A group that leaks around the portafilter or pulls uneven is a hardened gasket and a clogged screen. Common wear on Plus 4 You and Storm groups, and the parts are stocked.
Heating element and level probe. No heat, slow recovery, or a boiler that overfills points at the element or the autofill probe scaling over. We pull and descale or replace, then verify fill and temp.
Pump and motor. Loss of pressure, noisy operation, or a machine that won't build to brew pressure is the rotary pump or motor. We bench-test the pressure and rebuild or swap the pump.
