Pressurestat drifting and steam pressure wandering. When boiler pressure creeps high or sags, the pressurestat is often out of adjustment or its contacts are pitted. We test it against a gauge, adjust or replace it, and confirm the pressure holds through repeated steam draws.
Hot water spout that will not stop dripping. The hot water spout on an Astoria has its own valve, and a worn seal lets it drip between uses. We rebuild or replace the valve and check the flow so the spout delivers a steady stream again.
