Group gaskets and screens. A group that leaks around the portafilter or channels the shot usually means a worn gasket and a clogged dispersion screen. Both are stock parts on the Astoria lines.
Heating element and level probe. No heat, slow recovery, or a boiler that overfills points to the element or the level probe. Scale coats both. We test, descale, and replace what's failed.
Pump and motor. Low pressure or a noisy, vibrating pump on a Plus 4 You or Storm is usually the rotary pump or motor. We set brew pressure back to spec after the swap.
