What we repair on the bench.

Brew and steam solenoids. A solenoid that sticks open or quits dripping leaves a barista chasing a dead group or a wand that will not steam.
Group gaskets and screens. Hard Peninsula water chews up gaskets and clogs the dispersion screen. We replace the group gasket and screen and pull a clean shot before we leave.
Heating element and level probe. Scale on the element and probe is the usual cause of slow recovery or a boiler that overfills. We descale, check the probe, and replace the element if it has burned out.
Pump and motor. A noisy pump or weak brew pressure on a Plus 4 You or Storm usually traces to the rotary pump or motor. We set pressure to spec and replace the pump when it is past adjustment.
