What we repair on the bench.

Control boards. Erratic dosing, dead displays, or a machine that won't fill point to the control board. We diagnose the board against the wiring before replacing, since a sensor fault often mimics a board fault.
Brew and steam solenoids. High-volume office and cafe machines cycle the solenoids hard. Weak flow or steam that won't cut off usually means a worn or scaled solenoid valve.
Group gaskets and screens. On busy Astoria groups the gasket flattens and the screen clogs within a year. Leaks at the portafilter and uneven extraction get fixed with stock parts.
Heating element and level probe. Slow steam recovery and odd boiler levels trace to a scaled element or probe. We descale the boiler and replace components, then check the feed water filter.
