From San Ramon it is roughly 25 minutes out 580 to downtown Livermore. We service the whole Tri-Valley, so this is regular territory and we keep the common Astoria parts on the truck.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Heating element and level probe. Livermore's harder valley water scales the boiler fast. A slow-recovering or overfilling machine usually needs the element and probe cleaned or replaced, plus a descale and a filter check.
Pump and motor. Weak brew pressure or a loud pump on a Storm or Core600 traces to the rotary pump or motor. We set pressure and replace the pump if it is worn past spec.
Brew and steam solenoids. A group that drips or a wand with no steam means a stuck solenoid. We test the valve and coil and swap the failed Astoria part on the visit.
Group gaskets and screens. High-volume weekends wear group gaskets and clog screens. We replace them and pull a clean shot before we close out the call.
