An Astoria Tanya or Plus 4 You in a Blackhawk Plaza cafe does steady, unhurried volume rather than a grind-it-down rush. Most of what brings us out is scale and seal wear on plumbed machines. We quote in writing before opening anything up.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Descaling and water filtration. Plumbed Astoria machines scale up on local water. We descale the boiler and valves on a Tanya or Plus 4 You and check the inline filter so the buildup does not come right back.
Group gaskets and shower screens. A head that leaks or shots that channel mean a hardened gasket and a clogged screen. We swap both and reseat the group on the Astoria.
Steam solenoid and level probe. Weak steam or erratic boiler fill points to a steam solenoid or a scaled level probe. We test and clean or replace, then confirm the boiler holds and the wand cuts clean.
Heating element and pressure. No heat usually means a failed element, and soft shots mean pump pressure has drifted. We test the element and reset pump pressure to spec.
