Heavy-volume group wear. Constant pulls chew through group gaskets and shower screens on Storm and Core600 machines. Portafilter leaks and uneven extraction get fresh gaskets and clean or new screens.
Brew and steam solenoids. A steam wand that won't shut clean or a group that lags is a scaled solenoid under heavy duty. We clean or swap the valve and verify it seats at line pressure.
Element, probe and descaling. A boiler that can't recover during a rush is scaled element and probe on hard Dublin water. We descale, service the autofill probe, and confirm steady temp.
Pump and motor. Drop in brew pressure or a noisy machine under load is the pump or motor tiring out. We bench the pressure and rebuild or replace so it holds through peak.
