What we repair on the bench.

Brew and steam solenoids. Scale stiffens the solenoids on a Storm or Core600, so brew flow drops and steam goes weak. We rebuild or replace the valve and flush the line.
Heating element and level probe. Hard water scales the element and probe, causing slow recovery and bad fills. We descale the boiler, test the probe, and swap the element if needed.
Group gaskets and screens. All-day volume hardens group gaskets. Portafilter leaks or channeling get a fresh gasket and screen, parts we carry on the truck.
Pump and motor. Pressure dropping or a loud pump points at a worn rotary pump or motor. We replace it and set brew pressure to spec before we leave.
