Scale, element and level probe. Slow recovery, no-heat, or a boiler overfilling on hard Hayward water is scale on the element and probe. We descale, service or replace the probe, and confirm fill and temp.
Brew and steam solenoids. A steam wand that won't fully close or a group lagging on the pour is a scaled solenoid. We clean or replace the valve and check the line pressure behind it.
Group gaskets and shower screens. Portafilter leaks and channeling shots on a busy downtown room are worn gaskets and clogged screens. Routine fix on Storm and Core600 groups.
