Gate codes and long private driveways are normal here, so we confirm access details ahead of the visit. We are an independent shop, not Eversys-authorized, but we service the e series, c series, Cameo, Legacy, and Enigma line. - Brew unit rebuild. The brew unit on an e or c series wears at the seals and piston with enough cycles, and a machine that only runs for entertaining still racks up hours fast during a party season. We strip the unit, replace the wear parts, and reset the brew valves so pressure holds.
- Descaling and water filtration. Estate kitchens on Kings Mountain Road and Mountain Home Road scale the twin boilers about as fast as any office bar downhill. We descale the flow path and fit a carbon and softening filter sized to the machine so scale does not build back up between visits.
- Grinder service. A shot that runs weak and inconsistent from a machine that otherwise looks fine usually traces to worn burrs or a clogged chute. We replace the burrs, clear the chute, and recalibrate the dose.
- Milk system and flow sensor faults. Foam that comes out thin, or a cappuccino that runs hot one round and cold the next, points to the milk circuit or a fouled flow sensor. We clean or swap the milk unit and confirm the sensor is reading true before we leave.
