We cover 94301, 94303, and 94304. The drive from San Ramon down the 680 to the 84 and across the bridge runs about 45 to 55 minutes depending on the Dumbarton.
Office machines here get hammered all day, dozens of shots and lattes back to back, so the brew unit and grinders wear faster and the milk system needs real maintenance. Palo Alto water scales the boilers too. We service the e series, c series, Enigma, and Legacy as an independent shop and quote everything in writing first.

What we repair on the bench.
- High-volume brew unit rebuild. Tech-office Eversys units run hundreds of cycles a day. We rebuild the brew unit on e6 and Enigma machines so it keeps ejecting clean under that load.
- Grinder burr replacement and calibration. Heavy daily volume wears burrs fast. We swap them and recalibrate dose and grind so a busy c4 or e series holds shot consistency.
- Milk system deep service. Latte-heavy office service fouls the milk lines and frothers. We strip, clean, and replace worn milk-system parts so foam quality comes back.
- Control board and sensor diagnosis. When an Eversys throws errors or locks out, it is often a board or sensor fault. We diagnose the electronics and replace the failed part.
