We descale the circuit and flush the lines to get extraction back to normal.
Steam wand and milk system wear. A Cameo running lattes for the harbor crowd puts real hours on the steam wand and milk system, and worn gaskets there show up as weak froth or a wand that won't purge clean. We rebuild the milk assembly and replace the worn seals so texturing comes back.
