Los Altos (94022, 94024) keeps its cafes and lunch spots tight together downtown along Main Street, State Street, and First Street, with plenty of tech offices running their own Eversys machines nearby. A c series or Cameo behind a Main Street counter pulls all morning on a plumbed line, and Peninsula water is what scales the boilers and stiffens the brew valves. Skipped descaling and a stale filter cause most of the calls we get here.
From San Ramon it is about 50 minutes over the 680 and 84, so we batch Los Altos with Los Altos Hills and the surrounding Peninsula stops. We work independent, not Eversys-authorized, and we service the e series, c series, Cameo, Legacy, and Enigma.

What we repair on the bench.
- Brew valve and hydraulic repair. Downtown Los Altos machines run steady morning volume that wears the brew and hydraulic valves. We rebuild or replace them and reseal so pressure stays true.
- Descaling on Peninsula water. Local tap scales the dual boilers over a season. We descale the full circuit and fit filtration so a busy cafe does not see it return fast.
- Grinder and dose service. Weak, fast shots point at worn burrs or a drifted dose. We replace burrs, clear the grinder, and recalibrate so every shot pulls right.
- Pump and flow sensor diagnostics. A pressure fault or thin pour can be a worn pump or a fouled flow sensor. We test the circuit and fix the real cause before swapping parts.
