What we repair on the bench.
- Brew unit rebuild. The brew unit on an e2, e4, or e6 takes the most wear. We strip it down, replace seals and worn parts, and reset puck handling so shots pull clean again.
- Grinder service and calibration. Dual grinders drift and burrs wear. We swap burrs, clear bean-path jams, and recalibrate dose so each machine in a busy Sunnyvale break room holds grind.
- Hydraulic and brew valve repair. Eversys leans on twin hydraulic systems. Leaking or stuck hydraulic and brew valves throw pressure off. We pressure-test, rebuild, and reseat them.
- Descaling and water filtration. These machines plumb into a water line, so South Bay scale builds in boilers and flow paths. We descale, check the temperature and flow sensors, and set up filtration to stop repeat failures.
