Estate kitchens, home offices, and the tech offices that sit just down in Los Altos around Main Street and State Street. A Cameo or e series in one of those kitchens still plumbs into a water line, and Peninsula water scales the boilers and brew valves the same as any cafe. Filtration and regular descaling are what keep these machines off the bench.
It is a longer pull from San Ramon, around 50 minutes over the 680 and 84, so we line up Los Altos Hills with our Los Altos and Peninsula stops. We service as an independent shop, not Eversys-certified, across the e series, c series, Cameo, Legacy, and Enigma.

- Descaling and filtration for estate machines. A Cameo or e series on an unfiltered estate line scales fast. We descale the boilers and hydraulic path and fit a carbon and softening stage to slow it down.
- Milk system service. Latte machines in a home or office kitchen foul the milk circuit over time. We clean or replace the milk unit and restore foam and temperature.
- Brew unit rebuild. Even lower-volume machines wear the brew unit seals eventually. We strip and rebuild it and reset the brew valves so the pour holds pressure.
- Control board and sensor faults. These are electronics-driven machines, and flow or temperature sensor errors and board faults need proper diagnosis. We trace the fault before replacing parts.
