Eversys in Vallejo
Eversys commercial service.
Vallejo's tap water is hard. It comes from Lake Berryessa and the State Water Project, and an Eversys heats and pushes that water through narrow passages all day long. Scale settles in the boilers, around the flow sensors and on the valve seats. On an e-series or c-series the first sign is often a pour that stops short, or a temperature fault that clears and then comes back.
We pick the machine up from your counter, whether that is downtown, in South Vallejo or out on Mare Island, and bring it to our bench. There it runs on water and power until the fault repeats, so the quote names the part that failed instead of a guess. Nothing gets replaced until you approve that written quote. We work on Eversys as an independent repair shop, not a factory authorized one.
$150–450 deposit depending on the model. It covers pickup, bench diagnosis and return, and is not credited toward the repair. Bench diagnosis can take up to one week; most repairs take 3–4 weeks. Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. 6 months on parts and labor; 90 days on consumables.
Common repairs we do
What we repair on the bench.
- Flow sensor faults and short pours. Scale on a flow sensor makes it count water that never reached the cup, so the machine ends the shot early or throws a volumetric error. We clean the sensor, recalibrate it against a measured pour, and replace it only when cleaning does not bring the reading back.
- Scale on the boiler and heating element. Hard water leaves a crust on the boiler walls and on the element, and the machine takes longer to recover between drinks. A scaled element runs hot and can burn out. We descale the boiler, measure the element, and replace it if it reads open.
- Keeping scale out after the descale. Once the scale is out, the cheapest fix is keeping it out. We recommend a filter sized to your drink count and to the hardness of the Vallejo supply, and we write the cartridge change interval on the repair ticket so nobody has to guess.

FAQ
Eversys in Vallejo questions, answered.
-
Our Eversys keeps throwing a flow error even after a descale. Why?
Descaling loosens scale but can leave flakes lodged in a sensor or on a valve seat, so the sensor keeps reading wrong. On the bench we open the hydraulic path, clean the sensor and the seats by hand, and run the machine until the error stops coming back. -
Can you collect a plumbed machine from Mare Island?
Yes. Mare Island, downtown, Glen Cove and Hiddenbrooke are all inside our pickup area. We collect the machine, take it to our bench, and set it back on the same counter once the approved repair is finished. -
Is a scaled-up e-series still worth repairing?
Usually. The frame, the brew unit and the electronics tend to outlast scale damage, which sits in replaceable parts like sensors, valves and elements. We list every part the scale has reached in the written quote, so you can weigh the repair against a replacement with real numbers. -
What does the Eversys pickup deposit cover?
$150–450 deposit depending on the model. It covers pickup, bench diagnosis and return, and is not credited toward the repair. -
How long does Eversys bench repair take?
Bench diagnosis can take up to one week; most repairs take 3–4 weeks. Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. -
What warranty applies to Eversys coffee-machine repair?
6 months on parts and labor; 90 days on consumables.
