What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit jamming partway through a cycle. A brew unit that stalls halfway usually has worn seals, a dry or dirty guide, or a motor straining against grounds packed where they should not be. We strip the unit, clean it, replace the wear parts, and cycle it on the bench until it runs smooth.
Grounds escaping around the brew chamber. When the chamber seals wear, fine grounds get past them and build up around the unit and in the drip area. That buildup adds strain on every cycle. We rebuild the chamber seals and clear the cabinet so the unit is not working against its own mess.
Brew unit service on a shot-count schedule. Gentler water buys time on the boilers, not on the brew unit. We suggest a seal and gasket interval tied to your shot count, so the unit gets serviced before it jams in the middle of a busy morning.
