The Castro Street cafes downtown and the tech campuses around Shoreline and the North Bayshore area run Eversys hard, often the e6 and Enigma class machines in cafeterias and the e series and Cameo at counter level. We cover all of it across 94040, 94041, and 94043.
From San Ramon it is about 45 to 55 minutes down over the Dumbarton or 880 to Mountain View, longer in commute hours. We work as an independent shop, not Eversys-authorized, and a high-volume office or a Castro Street cafe gets a straight diagnosis and a written quote first.

Common repairs we do
What we repair on the bench.
- Brew unit and high-volume wear. An e6 or Enigma in a Mountain View campus cafeteria runs all day. We rebuild the brew unit, replace seals and piston, and stay ahead of the drive wear that strands a busy machine.
- Control board and sensor diagnosis. These are electronics-heavy machines. When an Enigma or e series locks on a fault, we read the codes and test the control board, flow, and temperature sensors to find the real cause instead of guessing.
- Twin grinder calibration. Constant bean changes in office machines pull the twin grinders out of spec. We replace burrs, recalibrate dose and grind, and clear fines so the cup stays consistent.
- Descaling and filtration. Peninsula water scales the boilers and hydraulics on a plumbed line. We descale, free the brew and hydraulic valves, and set a filter to stop the flow faults from recurring.
