Piedmont is mostly residential, but the commercial coffee runs through the offices, private clubs, and the cafes just over the line on Piedmont Avenue. We cover 94610, 94611, and 94620. From San Ramon it is about 35 to 45 minutes over the 24, and we work Piedmont alongside our Oakland routes.

The Eversys machines here tend to be mid-volume, club and office service rather than all-day cafe rush, but the plumbed water still scales the boilers and hydraulic valves. We keep the brew unit, grinders, and milk system in shape and handle the electronics as an independent shop, with a written quote before anything gets touched.

What we repair on the bench.

Boiler and hydraulic descaling. Mid-volume Piedmont machines scale steadily on plumbed water. We descale the boilers and hydraulic valves and check filtration so it stays clear.
Brew unit service. Club and office Eversys units still need brew-unit cleaning and reseal. We service the e series and Cameo so shots pour clean and the unit stops leaking.
Milk system repair. Cappuccino and latte service fouls the milk lines over time. We clean and replace worn milk-system parts so foam comes back to standard.
Brew and hydraulic valve replacement. Sticking valves drop pressure and throw off the pour. We test and replace the brew and hydraulic valves on Eversys units to bring pressure back.
