We are an independent shop, not Eversys-authorized, and we handle the e series, c series, Cameo, Legacy, and Enigma. What we close on the truck.
- Heavy descaling for valley water. Livermore Valley water is hard, and it cakes the twin boilers and hydraulic path. We do a full descale and fit filtration so a tasting room is not down again in a month.
- Brew unit and brew valve service. Pour-after-pour duty wears the brew unit seals and brew valves. We rebuild the unit, replace the wear parts, and reset pressure on the e and c series.
- Grinder calibration. A shot that runs fast and sour usually means worn burrs or a drifted dose. We swap burrs, clear the grinder, and dial the dose back in.
- Temperature sensor and boiler faults. Inconsistent shot temperature points at a flow or temperature sensor or a scaled boiler. We diagnose the circuit and fix the actual cause rather than the symptom.
