- Brew unit and valve service. Hard-run Legacy and e series machines wear the brew unit and brew valves first. We rebuild the unit, replace seals, and clear or swap the brew and hydraulic valves so extraction holds.
- Pump and flow sensor faults. When pressure drops or the machine errors on flow, it is usually the pump or a flow sensor. We test both, replace what is failed, and confirm the hydraulic side pulls full pressure.
- Grinder burrs and calibration. Office and restaurant volume in Milpitas dulls burrs fast. We change burrs, reset grind and dose, and clean packed fines that throw shot timing off.
