What we repair on the bench.

Flat foam from hardened milk gaskets. Old gaskets let air leak into the milk path, and the foam comes out thin with big bubbles. We replace the gaskets and seals in the milk circuit and test the foam at several settings before the machine leaves the bench.
Clogged milk lines and sticking valves. Dried milk builds up inside the lines and valves when a cleaning cycle gets skipped or cut short. We take the circuit apart, clean or replace each line, free the stuck valves, and run the cleaning program to confirm it completes.
Milk pump losing pressure. A weak pump starves the milk side, and drinks come out slow or cool. We check the pump pressure against spec, replace the pump or its seals if it falls short, and measure drink temperature at the spout.
