What we repair on the bench.

Descaling and brew valve cleaning. Hard local water scales the brew and hydraulic valves on Boulevard cafes. We descale the boilers, clear the valves, and reset brew pressure.
Brew unit rebuild. Steady daytime volume wears the brew unit seals and piston. We strip and rebuild it so extraction comes back to spec.
Grinder service. Twin grinders drift and burrs wear with use. We replace worn burrs and re-dial grind and dose for consistent shots.
Pump and sensor repair. Weak brew pressure usually traces to the pump or a flow sensor. We test the circuit, replace the failed part, and verify dosing and temperature.
