What we repair on the bench.
- Brew unit seals and gaskets. Office machines on El Camino Real cycle through the morning rush and go quiet by early afternoon, which is hard on seals since they dry out between uses. We pull the brew unit, swap the worn seals and gaskets, and check the puck ejects clean before we leave.
- Grinder burr wear and dose drift. A Cameo or e series with twin grinders will drift off its dose as the burrs wear down. We replace the burrs, reset the grind curve, and confirm the shot times match what the recipe calls for.
- Flow sensor lockout. When a flow sensor reads wrong, the machine locks out mid-order instead of pulling a bad shot. We test the sensor against the board, clear the fault, and replace the part if it's failed rather than just resetting the code.
