Los Gatos (95030, 95032, 95033) runs its coffee on North Santa Cruz Avenue and through Old Town, a busy strip of cafes and restaurants where an Eversys e series or Enigma works the morning and lunch crowd. Those machines sit on a plumbed line, and the local water is what scales the boilers and the brew valves. Most failures here trace back to descaling that fell behind or a filter that went too long.
Los Gatos is one of our longer runs, about 55 minutes from San Ramon down the 680 and 880, so we plan it with our South Bay stops. We are an independent shop, not Eversys-certified, and we cover the e series, c series, Cameo, Legacy, and Enigma.

What we repair on the bench.
- Brew unit and brew valve rebuild. North Santa Cruz Avenue machines push high daily volume that wears the brew unit and valves. We rebuild the unit, replace the wear parts, and reset pressure.
- Descaling and water filtration. Local water scales the twin boilers and hydraulic path over time. We descale the full circuit and fit filtration so an Old Town cafe is not down again soon.
- Milk system faults. Restaurants pulling latte after latte foul the milk circuit. We clean or replace the milk unit and bring foam and temperature back to spec.
- Sensor and control board diagnostics. Eversys machines lean hard on electronics. Flow and temperature sensor errors and board faults need real diagnosis, and we trace the fault before replacing anything.
