Blackhawk is gated and upscale, and the Eversys work here centers on the Blackhawk Plaza shops and the country club and office suites in 94506. These are premium installs, often a c series or Enigma, run at moderate volume for members and staff.

We're close, about 15 to 20 minutes from San Ramon over to Blackhawk on Camino Tassajara. That short hop means we get to a stalled machine quickly, which matters when a club dining room or plaza cafe loses its coffee line.

What we repair on the bench.

Hydraulic and brew valve service. Moderate-volume machines still scale at the hydraulic and brew valves. We clean or replace them and reset brew pressure across the groups.
Milk system repair. Club and cafe orders lean on milk drinks. We service the foamer and milk circuit, replace worn milk valves, and check froth and steam quality.
Control board and sensor diagnosis. When the unit errors out we read the fault, test the board and the flow and temperature sensors, and replace the failed part.
Descaling and water filtration. Plumbed machines scale on hard water. We descale the boilers and valves and make sure the filter is keeping the line clean.
