What we repair on the bench.

High-volume brew unit overhaul. Telegraph and Shattuck cafes run these units nonstop, so the brew unit wears fast. We rebuild the seals and piston and reset brew pressure.
Grinder and burr replacement. Heavy daily volume eats burrs. We replace worn burrs on the twin grinders and re-calibrate dose and grind for steady extraction through a rush.
Descaling and filtration. Berkeley's hard water scales the boilers and hydraulic valves quickly. We descale, clear the valves, and set up filtration sized to your volume.
Milk system and steam repair. Campus crowds order a lot of milk drinks. We service the milk circuit and foamer, replace failed milk valves, and verify steam temps hold.
