- Control board condensation faults. Daly City's marine layer puts real moisture into a machine sitting near an exterior door or a drafty stockroom. I've opened Eversys control enclosures here and found corrosion starting on connector pins from years of damp air cycling through. I clean and reseat the connections, dry out the enclosure, and where the corrosion has gone too far, replace the board.
- Twin grinder dose drift. The e-series pulls its two blends through separate grinders, and burrs wear faster on a machine covering two shifts of retail traffic near Serramonte. When a shot comes out thin or the timer runs long, I check burr wear first, swap them, and recalibrate the dose so both hoppers pour even.
- Volumetric flow meter errors. A flow meter throwing under-pour or over-pour faults usually points to scale or a failing meter body, not the control board. I test the meter against a manual pour, replace it if it's reading wrong, and check the water line feeding it before closing the machine back up.
