Lower volume than the South Bay campuses, but the standard for the cup is high.
We come from San Ramon, about 50 to 60 minutes down I-680 and across. We service Eversys as an independent shop, not factory-authorized, and we handle the brew units, grinders, and boards ourselves. CSLB #1136642 for the electrical and plumbed-line side.

What we repair on the bench.
- Grinder and shot-quality tuning. A Village restaurant holds the cup to a high bar. Worn burrs on an e series or Enigma drift the dose, so we swap them, recalibrate, and dial the shot back in.
- Brew unit rebuild. Even at lighter volume the brew unit seals and gaskets age and start to leak. We pull it, rebuild it, and reseat the path clean for consistent extraction.
- Descaling and water filtration. Plumbed machines scale regardless of volume, and scale shows up in the cup before it faults the machine. We descale, flush, and set up filtration to protect the boiler and valves.
- Milk system and sensor service. Flat foam or a flow or temperature fault on a Cameo or e series traces to a clogged milk circuit or a worn sensor. We clean the circuit and check the sensors against the board.
