What we close on the truck.

Brew unit rebuild. The brew unit on an e or c series wears at the seals and piston after enough cycles. We strip it, replace the wear parts, and reset the brew valves so pressure holds.
Descaling and water filtration. Hillsborough and Burlingame tap scales the twin boilers and flow path fast. We descale, then fit a proper carbon and softening filter so it does not come straight back.
Grinder service. Dose drift and a coarse, weak shot usually means worn burrs or a clogged grinder. We replace burrs, clear the chute, and recalibrate the dose.
Milk system and flow sensor faults. Cappuccino temperature swings and weak foam trace to the milk circuit or a fouled flow sensor. We clean or swap the milk unit and verify the sensor reads true.
