- Brew unit jams and wear. The brew unit takes the most cycles in a busy Todos Santos cafe. We strip it, clean the screens and pistons, replace worn seals, and reset the home position so pucks eject clean.
- Scale in the boilers and hydraulic lines. Concord water is hard. We descale the twin hydraulic circuit and boilers, then set you up with a water filter sized to your volume so it does not come right back.
- Grinder calibration and burr replacement. Inconsistent dose or a stalling grinder usually means worn burrs or a clogged chute. We swap burrs, clear the path, and recalibrate the grind on e and c series units.
- Flow and temperature sensor faults. A machine that throws temp errors or runs short shots often has a fouled flow meter or a drifting temp sensor. We test the sensor chain and the control board before replacing parts.
