Concord runs a lot of machines for a city its size. Todos Santos Plaza sits at the center, with cafes and restaurants ringing the square, and the office parks off Willow Pass and along Concord Avenue keep break-room Eversys units busy all day. We cover the 94518, 94519, and 94520 sides of town.

Concord is about 25 minutes from our San Ramon base up 680. Most of what kills these units here is the local hard water working on the boilers and brew valves over time.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit jams and wear. The brew unit takes the most cycles in a busy Todos Santos cafe. We strip it, clean the screens and pistons, replace worn seals, and reset the home position so pucks eject clean.
Scale in the boilers and hydraulic lines. Concord water is hard. We descale the twin hydraulic circuit and boilers, then set you up with a water filter sized to your volume so it does not come right back.
Grinder calibration and burr replacement. Inconsistent dose or a stalling grinder usually means worn burrs or a clogged chute. We swap burrs, clear the path, and recalibrate the grind on e and c series units.
Flow and temperature sensor faults. A machine that throws temp errors or runs short shots often has a fouled flow meter or a drifting temp sensor. We test the sensor chain and the control board before replacing parts.
