Eversys in San Carlos

Eversys commercial service.

Laurel Street carries most of San Carlos's restaurant row, and a good number of those kitchens lean on an Eversys e series or Cameo to keep espresso moving without a dedicated barista. San Carlos calls itself the City of Good Living, and a broken coffee machine on a busy Laurel Street morning is the opposite of that for whoever's running the counter. We cover 94070 out to the edges toward Belmont and Redwood City.

Our shop is in San Ramon, but a technician based on the Peninsula in San Mateo County handles San Carlos and the towns around it, so response doesn't depend on East Bay traffic. We're independent on Eversys, not a factory dealer, and every job gets a written quote before work starts.

$150 pickup deposit. Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return are included. Repair work is quoted separately. Bench diagnosis can take up to one week; most repairs take 3–4 weeks. Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

  • Boiler and valve descaling. Laurel Street restaurants run their machines hard through breakfast and lunch, and the plumbed water line leaves scale in the boiler and valves faster than a lighter cafe would see. We descale the full circuit, flush the lines, and set up filtration to slow the next buildup.
  • Weak extraction from pump or valve wear. When shots start pulling thin and slow, it's usually the pump losing pressure or a hydraulic valve sticking. We check pressure through the circuit and rebuild or swap the part causing the drop.
  • Board faults after a power blip. A brownout or a tripped breaker during a busy shift can throw the control board into a fault state. We check the board and connections, clear the fault, and replace the board only if it's actually damaged, not just tripped.
