What we repair on the bench.
- Brew unit service. Bishop Ranch break-room machines run steady through the workday. We pull the brew unit, replace worn seals and gaskets, clear the path, and get extraction back to clean.
- Flow and temperature sensor faults. An Eversys throws a sensor fault and locks out mid-shift. We read the code, test the flow and temperature sensors against the board, and replace the bad one.
- Descaling and water filtration. Even good water leaves scale over time on a plumbed machine. We descale the boiler and valves, flush the lines, and set up filtration so a corporate cafe machine keeps pouring.
- Grinder and dose calibration. Twin grinders on the e series wear and drift the dose. We swap burrs, recalibrate, and reset the grind so the cup stays consistent.
