Hydraulic valve that will not seat. A worn or scaled seat lets water slip past the valve, so the machine drips into the tray between drinks or loses pressure partway through a shot. We pull the valve, check the seat and the seal, and rebuild or replace it, then run repeat cycles to confirm it closes clean.
Brew valve leaking inside the cabinet. When a brew valve seal fails, water can end up inside the cabinet instead of in the cup, and it runs toward the wiring below. We trace the leak to its source, replace the seals, and dry and check every connector it reached before the panels go back on.
Cartridge timing for mixed-source water. Because Benicia's hardness shifts with the source, a calendar-only cartridge schedule can fall behind. We look at how much scale reached the valves while the machine is open, then suggest a change interval tied to your drink count.
