Saratoga is smaller and upscale, with the cafes clustered along Big Basin Way in the village, 95070, and a few tucked into the shops off Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. The specialty spots here run Synesso machines like the ES1 and S-series, and we service them as an independent shop, not a factory dealer.

From San Ramon it is a longer pull, about an hour down I-680 and across the valley, more at commute.

Per-group PID and temperature stability. A village cafe leans on consistent shots. We test the per-group PID and element on the ES1 or S-series and correct the group that drifts.
Solenoid and gasket rebuild. Group solenoids stick and gaskets harden over time. We rebuild the affected group and check the seals on the rest.
Descale and water filtration. Plumbed lines scale steadily here. We descale the boiler and lines and set up filtration sized to a low-volume shop.
Pump, motor, and control board. Pressure that drops or a machine that will not fire points to the pump, motor, or board. We isolate the fault and replace the failed part.
