Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Steady-volume group service. Retail-center cafes pour all day, and group gaskets and solenoids wear with the hours. We rebuild each group on the MVP Hydra or S-series so the heads stay consistent.
Flow meter and volumetric dosing. Shots running off target usually mean a fouled flow meter. We clean or replace it and reset volumetric dosing so the bar pulls repeatable shots.
Descaling and water filtration. Dublin water scales the boiler and meters in a busy room. We descale and dial in filtration so a high-traffic shop isn't dealing with buildup every few weeks.
Control board diagnosis. Display faults or a group ignoring its setpoint point at the control board or PID. We test the electronics and swap the failed board to get the machine back online.
