We come down from San Ramon across the Dumbarton or 680 to 237 in roughly 45 to 55 minutes depending on traffic. We work on Synesso as an independent shop, not a factory-authorized dealer, and every visit starts with a written quote.

What we repair on the bench.

Flow meter and volumetric dosing repair. Busy Castro Street bars push a lot of shots through the flow meters. When dosing drifts, we clean or replace the meter so your programmed volumes stay consistent across all groups.
Per-group boiler element and PID. Synesso's independent group boilers each run their own element and PID. We pin down the unstable group and replace the failed element or PID so temperature holds under heavy pulls.
Control board and electronics. Dead displays or erratic group control point at the board. We test before replacing, then source the correct board for your MVP Hydra, S-series, or ES1.
Descaling and filtration for campus installs. Shoreline office and campus machines often run weak filtration. We descale, set up proper water treatment, and clear scale from solenoids and meters.
