Pump and motor replacement. Pressure that sags or surges through the morning points at the pump or motor. We check pressure under load and swap the pump or motor when it is worn.
Descale and inline water filtration. Plumbed machines on Contra Costa water scale up over time. We descale the boilers and flow paths and check the filter, since scale is what kills elements and solenoids early.
Solenoid and gasket rebuild. Group solenoids that chatter or leak and tired gaskets get rebuilt per group. We reseat the seals and confirm clean shot start and release.
