Newark's commercial coffee sits around the NewPark Mall and the retail and business strips along Mowry and Cedar, 94560, plus the cafe counters serving the warehouse and light-industrial employers near the Dumbarton approach. These are working bars that need a Synesso up and running every day.

From San Ramon we drop down 680 to 84 and the Dumbarton side in about 35 to 45 minutes off-peak. We service Synesso as an independent shop, not factory-certified, and we put the quote in writing before any work.

Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Solenoid and gasket rebuild. Group solenoids stick and gaskets harden with daily use. We rebuild the group and replace the gasket so a NewPark Mall cafe gets clean shut-off and no pressure loss.
Pump and motor service. Weak or noisy extraction usually means the rotary pump or motor. We check group pressure, reset it to spec, and replace the worn pump or motor.
Per-group PID and boiler element. When one Synesso group runs cold or unstable, we test that group's PID and element and swap the failed part. The other groups keep working while we isolate the problem.
Descaling and inlet filtration. Newark water scales boilers and clogs flow meters over time. We descale, check the inlet filter, and recommend filtration so scale stops shortening part life.
