Synesso commercial service.

Rodeo sits on the eastern shore of San Pablo Bay, served by Interstate 80 and State Route 4. It is a small community, mostly small and mid-size homes in the Bayo Vista and Oleum area, and we cover its neighbors too: Crockett, where the Carquinez Strait opens into the bay, and Port Costa on the south shore of the strait.

Water is the one real difference between the three. Rodeo and Crockett are on EBMUD, soft to moderate. Port Costa takes treated water from the Contra Costa Water District, a different supply. That affects the filter and the descale interval, so we ask where your machine sits when we schedule the pickup, and we read the boilers with that in mind once it is on our bench.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

One group drifting off temperature. When one group pulls sour or bitter while the others taste right, the group's probe or its PID tuning is usually off. We read the probe against a reference, replace it if it has drifted, and tune that group back to its setpoint under a real run of shots.
Steam boiler relief valve weeping. A relief valve that hisses or drips at normal pressure has a worn seat, and one that stays shut past its rating is a genuine hazard. We test the valve, replace it rather than patch it, and confirm the boiler pressure is holding where it should.
Descale interval set by the water it came from. On EBMUD water in Rodeo and Crockett, scale builds slowly. A machine from Port Costa runs on a different supply, so we look closely at its boilers and lines while it is open and set its descale interval from what we find there.
