Synesso in San Jose

Synesso commercial service.

San Jose has a real third-wave roster, from the SoFA district and downtown around 95125 to the cafes serving the Willow Glen strip on Lincoln Avenue. Those are exactly the shops that run Synesso, the S-series and MVP Hydra, and we service them as an independent shop. The hill neighborhoods up toward Almaden, 95120, also have their share of plumbed machines.

From San Ramon it is about 50 minutes to an hour down I-680, longer at commute. We cover the Cambrian and 95124 side as well. A high-volume Willow Glen cafe cannot run on one working group, so we prioritize getting all groups back online.

What we repair on the bench.

Per-group PID and temperature stability. Synesso sells temperature stability, so a group that drifts is a real problem for a busy San Jose bar. We test the per-group PID and element and correct the group that is off.
Solenoid and group rebuild. Volume here wears solenoids and gaskets faster. We rebuild the group, replace the solenoid and seals, and verify clean dosing afterward.
Flow meter and volumetric dosing. Inconsistent shot volume on an S200 or S300 usually traces to a flow meter clogged with scale. We clean or replace it and recheck the dose.
Descale and filter sizing. Downtown and Willow Glen lines build scale over a hard year of pulls. We descale the boilers and lines and right-size the filtration for your volume.
