The water here is hard enough that scale shows up fast on a plumbed group, so a lot of the calls we run start as a flow problem and end at a descale and filter swap.

From San Ramon it is a straight shot up I-680 to the 24 and across, usually 40 to 50 minutes depending on the bridge approach. We cover the Hilltop and Marina Bay side too, 94805. A dead machine in a small Richmond cafe means a closed register, so we move fast on these.

What we repair on the bench.

Per-group solenoid and gasket service. Group solenoids stick and group gaskets harden on a Synesso.
Descale and water filtration. Richmond water lays down scale on the boiler and lines. We descale, then size and install a proper filter so it does not come right back.
Per-group PID and boiler element. When one group will not hold temperature, it is usually the element or the PID for that group. We test each independently on the MVP Hydra and S-series and replace what failed.
Pump, motor, and flow meter. Pressure that drops off or a shot that will not stop dosing points to the pump, motor, or a clogged flow meter. We diagnose the volumetric path and fix the actual cause.
