We rebuild the solenoid, replace gaskets, and test each group back to spec before we sign off.

Flow meters drift or clog and the volumetric dosing goes off. We clean or swap the flow meter and recalibrate. Pump and motor wear shows up as low pressure or noise under load, and that gets diagnosed against the gauge, not by guess. Control boards do fail on these machines. Staying ahead of scale is cheaper than a breakdown. A clogged flow meter or a scaled element caught on a maintenance visit is a small part and an hour of labor.
