Commercial equipment is the main work

A cafe machine has to hold temperature, pressure, and flow for an entire service. A super-automatic has to grind, brew, move milk, and clean itself hundreds of times without losing the recipe. When either platform starts leaking, heating slowly, pouring short, or throwing faults, we take the machine to our bench instead of trying to rush a diagnosis beside a working counter.

We handle traditional commercial espresso machines, commercial super-automatics, and Nespresso Professional equipment. We do not take Keurig, Cuisinart, drip coffee makers, or household Nespresso capsule machines.

Pickup, bench, return

We collect the machine, diagnose it under controlled bench conditions, send a written repair quote, and return it when the approved work is complete. The deposit covers pickup, bench diagnosis, and return. It does not go toward the repair.

• Standard-brand deposits are $150 for Breville (any model), DeLonghi, Gaggia, Rancilio, Lelit, Rocket, ECM, and Profitec.
• Jura and Miele super-automatics, plus home La Marzocco machines, carry a $175 deposit.
• Commercial La Marzocco equipment carries a $250–$550 deposit.

Bench time is $150 per hour, or $175 per hour for Jura, La Marzocco, and Miele. No repair begins until you approve the quote.

What the bench lets us check

We can run repeated brew and steam cycles, watch pressure and temperature from a cold start, inspect for leaks under the panels, and trace intermittent electrical faults without working around customers or staff. The usual repair path covers the brew circuit, boiler and heating controls, pumps and valves, grinders, milk systems, sensors, and control electronics. We replace the failed part, not a list of guesses.

Diagnostics can take up to a week; most repairs run 3–4 weeks. That is exactly why we recommend preventive maintenance. A scheduled descale, seal check, and cleaning window is easier to plan than an unexpected shutdown.

Coverage and warranty

Coffee-equipment pickup covers our 56 Bay Area cities plus San Francisco. Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days.
