Emergency means priority intake, not a false promise

When the main machine is down, the lost drinks start immediately. We move the call into the fastest available intake and pickup window, ask enough questions to prepare the bench, and keep the next decision clear. We do not promise a same-day repair before the machine has been opened and tested.

The machine still follows the bench process: pickup, controlled diagnosis, written quote, approved repair, and return. The deposit pays for pickup, diagnosis, and return. It does not count toward the repair.

• $150: Breville (any model), DeLonghi, Gaggia, Rancilio, Lelit, Rocket, ECM, and Profitec.
• $175: Jura and Miele super-automatics and home La Marzocco machines.
• $250–$550: commercial La Marzocco equipment.

Bench time is $150 per hour, or $175 per hour for Jura, La Marzocco, and Miele. We confirm the deposit and pickup window before dispatch.

Honest timing

Diagnostics can take up to a week; most repairs run 3–4 weeks. Parts availability and the fault determine the real date. That is exactly why we recommend preventive maintenance: a planned bench window is cheaper and easier to staff around than an emergency closure.

Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days. Coffee calls cover our 56 Bay Area cities plus San Francisco. We take Nespresso Professional, but not household Nespresso, Keurig, Cuisinart, or drip coffee makers.
