What we repair on the bench.

Per-group solenoid and gasket. Group leaks or the shot will not cut. Synesso isolates a solenoid per group, so we rebuild the one failing with new gaskets and leave the working groups alone.
Boiler element and PID. One group runs cold or swings while the rest hold steady. That points at a single element or PID on a multi-boiler Synesso. We test the circuit before replacing parts.
Flow meter and dosing. Shot volumes wander or a button overruns. Scale in the flow meter is the usual cause in this water. We clean or replace the meter and re-set volumetric dosing.
Descale and filtration. Slow recovery and scaled fittings across the bar. We descale the boilers and lines and replace the inline filter so the same problem does not come right back.
