Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Per-group solenoid rebuild. Group leaks or the shot will not cut clean. Synesso isolates a solenoid per group, so we rebuild the one acting up with new gaskets and leave the rest of the bar running.
PID and temperature stability. One group drifts off temp while the others sit stable. That is usually a single PID or sensor on a multi-boiler Synesso. We diagnose the affected group instead of guessing at the whole unit.
Pump and motor. Pressure sags during a pull or the pump gets loud. We check the rotary pump and motor, set brew pressure back to spec, and confirm it holds across a few shots.
Descale and filter swap. Slow recovery between shots and scale on the fittings. Orinda water is hard, so we descale the boilers and lines and replace the inline filter to stretch the interval.
