Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Per-group solenoid and gasket service. A group that drips or won't release pressure usually traces to a worn solenoid or group gasket. We rebuild the group on an MVP Hydra or S-series and reseal it so each head runs clean.
Scale and descaling on the water line. Concord tap is hard, and scale chokes flow meters and boiler passages first. We descale, check the inline filtration, and recommend a filter setup so the problem stops coming back.
Per-group PID and boiler element. If one group drifts off temp while the others hold, the PID or that group's boiler element is the suspect. We test per-group and replace the failed part, not the whole machine.
Pump and motor diagnosis. Weak or noisy extraction points at the pump or motor. We check pressure at the group, confirm the fault, and swap the pump or motor with the line drained properly.
